PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service)​

PALS offer confidential advice, support and information on health-related matters to patients, relatives and carers. PALS can help resolve concerns or problems a patient may have when using services and can tell them how to get more involved in their own healthcare.

PALS can also give information about services, the complaints process (including how to get independent help to make a complaint) and can signpost to other organisations.

PALS cannot offer medical advice or influence waiting lists.
